dmSwitchboard is a virtual switchboard that requires no hardwarde to enhance your call handling capabilities quickly and cost effectively. When someone calls your virtual number with dmSwitchboard, the reception will automatically answer the call with a tone driven menu. The user will be offered various options e.g. "press 1 for sales, 2 for support, 3 for admin". They can then select the department that they need to accesss. If no one in the team is available to answer the call the system can take a voice message, email you the message and notify you via SMS. Callers can also access pre-recorded information such as opening hours using the tone driven menu options.
